- Analytics (those that allow the party responsible for the cookies to monitor and analyse the behaviour of users of the websites to which they are linked).
- Behavioural advertising (those that store information about users' behaviour, obtained by continuously observing their browsing habits, making it possible to build a specific profile in order to show advertising based on it).

By DURATION:
- Persistent (those in which the data remain stored on the device and can be accessed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie).
- Session (those designed to collect and store data while the user accesses the website and during the provision of the requested service, disappearing when the session ends).
Which cookies do we use?
Cookies are grouped into three categories. Only the necessary ones are activated without your permission; analytics and advertising cookies are installed only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
NECESSARY. They make the website work and cannot be disabled:
- wim-consent (first-party, browser local storage). Saves your choice in the cookie banner so we don't ask you again. Duration: until you delete it.
- Website preferences (first-party, browser local storage), such as the assistant's status. Duration: until you delete them.
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare). Bot management and site security. Duration: 30 minutes.
ANALYTICS. They tell us how the website is used so we can improve it. They are managed with Google Tag Manager and are only installed if you accept analytics:
- _ga (Google Analytics 4). Distinguishes users anonymously. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics 4). Maintains the session state. Duration: 2 years.
ADVERTISING. They measure and personalise our campaigns and link the forms you submit to your visit. They are only installed if you accept advertising:
- __hstc (HubSpot). Stores the time of the visit. Duration: 13 months.
- hubspotutk (HubSpot). Identifies the visitor in order to link submitted forms. Duration: 13 months.
