Purpose
This Legal Notice sets out the terms and conditions governing: a) access to, browsing and use of the Website; b) the liabilities arising from the use of the Website and from the provision and/or contracting of any products or services that may be offered through the Website; and c) the supply and use of the Website’s content. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the foregoing does not prevent Webimpacto from establishing specific conditions governing the use, provision and/or contracting of any products or services offered to Users through the Website. In any event, such specific conditions shall form an integral part of this Legal Notice.
Merely accessing the Website, completing forms, sending requests for information, enquiries, complaints, contracting offers or CVs and, in general, any act of a similar nature carried out through the forms and/or electronic mailboxes available on the Website shall imply your unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the rules that make up this Legal Notice and shall confer on you the status of User of the Website. You should therefore read this Legal Notice carefully and be familiar with its content.

Access to and use of the website
Access to the Website by Users is open and free of charge.
Merely accessing the Website does not in itself establish any kind of link or commercial relationship between WEBIMPACTO and the User, except where the appropriate means have been put in place and the User has previously met any requirements established. WEBIMPACTO accepts no liability and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, excludes any warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content, services, products, texts, graphics, links or other elements included on the website, or the results obtained from accessing and using the website and/or its content.
Consequently, WEBIMPACTO does not guarantee and accepts no liability for:

Termination of access and use
WEBIMPACTO may, at its sole discretion, deny, withdraw, suspend and/or block access to the Website at any time and without prior notice for users who breach this Legal Notice, and may delete their registration and all related information and files. WEBIMPACTO shall accept no liability to the user for terminating access to the website on the grounds set out in this paragraph.

Applicable law and competent courts
